David Goldblatt, MD

David Goldblatt is a board-certified neuroradiologist with the Austin Neurological Association. He is affiliated with Seton Medical Center and St. David’s Medical Center, among other hospitals. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Radiology, the American Society of Neuroradiology (Senior Member), the Radiology Society of North America, the Texas Medical Association, the Texas Radiological Society, and the Travis County Medical Society. David has been a practicing physician for more than 30 years. He has long been involved in charitable and civic-minded projects, including programs to support patients and caregivers.

Sabrina Mikan, PhD, RN, ACNS-BC

Sabrina Mikan is Director of Supportive Care Programs at Texas Oncology, a leading cancer treatment center that is affiliated with the US Oncology Network. Sabrina is a clinical nurse specialist and coordinates the advance care planning program for Texas Oncology-Austin Central. Dr. Mikan’s career includes clinical care (both internationally and locally), nursing research and teaching undergraduate and graduate students at The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing. She has worked in palliative and hospice care in Austin for the past eight years. Her research includes quality of life for caregivers of cancer patients and bereaved caregivers. Additionally, she has presented her research at national and international conferences including the International Congress of Palliative Medicine, Center for Health Promotion Research at UT Austin, MD Anderson Cancer Center and the International AIDS Society. Dr. Mikan is an adjunct clinical professor of nursing at The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing.

Ilene Perry

Ilene is a digital media strategist specializing in digital publishing and online marketing, including social media and content marketing, advertising, and search engine optimization. She currently is marketing director at Streamline Publishing. Ilene also is an experienced business and technology consultant. She previously worked as a planning analyst at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and as a financial manager at the international law firm Jones Day. Ilene has extensive experience as a volunteer, including in fundraising for religious organizations and public service groups.
